At 56, 6 ft. tall and 250 lbs., along with 40 years of construction and related back issues......let's just say sit ups aren't my best option. As soon as my Viking Strength Ab Straps arrived (2 days) I hooked them on my pullup bar, put my arms through and lifted my legs off the floor....... They work perfectly! First they took my weight. I didn't hit my head on the bar. (If you do, your either using them wrong or your part giraffe) Most importantly, they took the stress off my lower back. Bottom line...I'm extremely happy with them. These abs straps are really nice and sturdy at a great price I'm really happy with my purchase. After using them for a week, i can feel my core getting stronger! These will be a great asset to my training, oh and the carry bag that they came with a plus. I jog with them at the track and then use them on the pull up bars since the gym is not open. So far so good 👍 Would’ve given it two thumbs and five stars but unfortunately, the length of the straps are off by two inches. This kinda thing is probably a manufacturing no no, but luckily, it doesn’t bother me all that much and does it’s job well, so it’s fine. Other than that, the straps are pretty solid. I was surprised that it held up being so light. I’ve had two giant seshs with it since getting it and it holds up like it’s name. All it needs for me is to pass the longevity test. I’m feeling it will. We’ll see. And thanks for the bag it came with. Probably won’t use it for the straps, since it’s got its place on the pull up bar, but it’s good to have. Read more
