This is a nice, inexpensive two tiered, heavy duty plastic table on castors. Each tier has a lip edge that will help keep any items placed on it from sliding iff. It appears to be quite stable. Easy to assemble. Comes with the tools and parts needed. A listing of included parts and illustrated assembly instructions are displayed on the box it came in - I liked this method over some flimsy paper instructions that other items on Amazon often include.
