My teen grandson loves this new bed. The LEDs are a great addition to the vibe and he says the bed is sturdy and comfortable It took us a bit over 2 hours to assemble using only hand tools. Really nice bed. Love how the LED lights are protected by a silicone covering. I did it by myself and it took me about an hour to assemble. Only downfall is the very end, the poles that go across the bed required some improvising. But overall very pretty. Perfect for my daughter. This is a full size, and I have an 8 inch hybrid matress with it. My advice is to put all the pieces together in order before starting the assembly process. We ordered the king size. The look of the bed is decent enough for the price and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow so that seems to be resolved from earlier reviews. I also love having the hidden storage and headboard storage, which saves us room by not needing bedside tables. But the quality is very much "get what you pay for." For starters he lights under the headboard never worked/arrived defective. Which isnt a big issue for us to fix but was a bit annoying. The bigger issue is that the middle support rod of the bed frame, near the headboard, is already bending after just 2 nights. Even with 2 adults, the weight of the mattress, and a large senior dog, we are hundreds of pounds under the maximum listed weight capacity and have been very gentle with this bed. So it should not have support issues this soon. Also if you have a memory foam mattress like ours, this bed absolutely DOES need a box spring/bunkie board so that the mattress doesnt wear out/start slipping through the cracks in the frame. I imagine these issues aren't as prevalent with the smaller bed sizes but the design just doesn't seem to translate for a larger bed. It will work for now with some adjustments, but I wouldn't recommend the bed in anything larger than a full. I will be shocked if this bed lasts a year. Read more

I love building furniture as weird as that sounds but this was a nightmare. the instructions are garbage and none of the pieces really line up, so you have to force things just to screw them in. the back flimsy piece came cracked already of course. it’s the longest piece and is equivalent to trying to hold a piece of paper up without it bending. definitely would return it but it would be a nightmare to take apart Read more
