Assembly took about 20 minutes, and the instructions were clear so it was no problem. I like the padding, it’s much more comfortable than my last chair which I chose for style rather than comfort. The fabric is soft and definitely better than the fake leather I had before. Height adjustment, tilt and swivel work great. The chair arrived brand new and basically perfect. The only issue was that the arm was compressed in shipping. I contacted customer service, who responded immediately and were very courteous. I figured I would wait a few days to see if it would resolve itself, and it has. It wasn't the easiest desk chair to assemble, but not hard either. It seems better built than most. Once done, it's solid. The color (I got the green one) is very pleasing, and just what I was expecting. It's actually quite comfortable. I got this chair for my craft room. The chair came in a ton of pieces, however the instructions were easy to follow and the chair was mostly easy to assemble. The hardest part was trying to line up the back of the chair to holes. But once I could get it in position it was easy. I barely got it together and my cats claimed it. I like how it reclines. The back could be a little higher so you could rest your head. I’m short (5’3”) so someone taller than me definitely wouldn’t be able to rest their head back.the cushion is ok, firm. it’s sturdy, no fear of it tipping over.
