These Vipek storage racks are sturdy and an excellent value. I just moved into a new home and ordered four of the V4 models for my dressing room. The hardest part was unpacking these because they are packed and zip tied so well to prevent shipping damage. All parts were included - none missing and they even sent some extras. After you get the first one together by reading the instructions it’s very simple, but then if you have multiples, they go together very easily once you know how to do it. This model did not have wheels which I wanted, but this particular 56 inch size was not part of their rolling collection. I called Vipek customer Service prior to purchasing these to ask them if wheels could be added, and what size thread would fit. They emailed me back in less than 24 hours with the correct size and I ordered wheels on Amazon as well and they fit perfect. Needed a closet asap cause my clothing rack broke and this was everything I needed. I live in a small room with no closet so this is extremely convenient. It’s compact yet spacious enough for clothes and etc! I was worried it’d be too big to fit but it did. Set up/assembly: This was surprisingly easy to put together. When I first received the box, I thought to myself “there’s no way the closet fits in this box.” It did, quite beautifully. I was impressed by the way all the parts are organized and protected. The part of assembly that probably took the longest was unpacking all the parts from plastic and cardboard, but i’m glad they take security of these parts seriously. They provide you with an Anti-Tip Wall Anchor that comes in handy, especially with the height of this thing. The anchor makes the whole closet feel secure. Product: The bars feel heavy duty compared to the cheaper closets. With most people wanting to hang their clothes and other things on this, durability is important. For me, I want the peace of mind knowing this will be able to withstand weight. The height exceeded my expectations, even after measuring prior to ordering. It was vital to me, as a big and tall man, to purchase a closet that would fit my clothes nicely. And they all did! I was able to add storage containers to the top shelf for more storage as well. I was amazed at the sturdiness of this rack! It is a GREAT value for the money. The size allows for a lot of functionality ~ everything from clothing, to shoes, to purses, to scarfs, to belts, to sweaters…. This rack will not topple over.
