Buyer BEWARE!!! First off I’d like to add the “receive in minutes” is bullcrao. I placed my order on a Thursday and Sunday I called to cancel my order being my niece didn’t receive it. They said “we have put in a cancellation request but it says this seller does not operate on weekends so it will be Monday before they will cancel it” I told them how it said it would be delivered in a minute and it had been four days!!!! They completely disregarded the cancel request and sent it Monday night. You cannot use this on anything you can’t add it to your Google wallet your Apple wallet exc… you can only use it on USA based online websites!!! it limit your shopping and limits where you can use it. Save your time and your money and just Venmo cash app or go in a store and buy a physical gift card & you can take a picture of the physical card and send it to them that way they can put it in their Google wallet or their Apple Pay and they can use it on anything they want to use it on! These type of online cards are complete scams! We even went to the Nike shop and tried to use it there and it declined. You’re going to have a rough time trying to get it refunded as I contacted the Support team told them we could not use the card. It was also five days late and I wanted a full refund. They denied that and said they would not be giving a refund that the purchase went through successfully. I responded and said yes after five days and Amazon putting in a cancellation request before y’all ever sent the card. By the way, they charge you immediately say it’s gonna take a couple of minutes to get to your email or text and then boom five days later you’re wondering where it’s at!! It's a virtual gift card. Assuming you let them know it's coming so they don't miss/ignore the email, what can go wrong? Do note that it has to be registered by them before they can use it so if they are not computer savvy, you may need to do it for them as I had to, but it's quick and easy to do, even over distance. I had same experience as some others as in I bought the gift card from amazon opted to recieve the virtual card thru email. I had to contact them 3 separate times about not recieving the email. I finally got the email like 6 hrs later. I went to make an online purchase using the card and the purchase was declined. I tried several more times with the same result of declined. I went and found the number to check the balance on the card and there was .50 ¢ on it. I contacted support at Amazon which the first cs rep i spoke with claimed i was going to be refunded. 3days go by and no refund. So i contact amazon again this time I get put on hold while they "looked" into it. (if by some miracle anyone at Amazon reads these things, maybe you could instruct the Customer Service Reps to leave a detailed account note so that everytime something happens to the connection i don't have to explain why I'm calling to every single person that I talk to. It is astounding how many times a connection is suddenly lost between cs and my phone. I had to reexplain the situation To no less than 4 ppl The ability to comprehend what i was explaining to them which simply put is i paid 50 bucks for a gift card that was not able to be used because It had 00.50¢ on instead of $50.00. After like 30 min my account said the cs had left the conversation. In the following 5 min 4 other cs reps joined the conversation all of which made no contact with me then left the chat. As of 5/10/25 Amazon hasn't done anything except make me believe they are in on the fraud. Read more
