This mattress topper is great. It is made well and makes my mattress much more comfortable. I am sleeping better. Purchased both a 2 inch and a 3 inch for two different beds. I personally prefer the 2 inch. The 3 inch is higher and does make the bed a bit too plushy for me. Read more

This mattress pad is just memory foam, as expected. It does have the straps to keep it in place, a plus a it still has a touch of slide, possibly because my mattress is so thin. It's not cooling at all. I haven't noticed any temperature difference from just the mattress. It's flattened noticeably on the side I sleep on. This might just be breaking in, as it doesn't seem to be sagging in the middle. There is a noticeable difference between sides though. I'm planning on turning it to even out the wear in hopes that it will last longer. This pad is denser than most, so it's pretty firm and you don't get that sinking, cloud-like sensation. Denser memory foam tends to last longer, so I'm hoping that turns out to be true. My back is sensitive to a poor quality mattress. This improves the feel, but it's not a long- term alternative to a high quality mattress. Read more

This topper does NOT exaggerate the thickness at all. It is ALL of 3" thick and fits lengthwise and widthwise absolutely perfectly! Really really comfortable and although I was skeptical at first, I actually do think there's a cooling feel to it. All I know is that I'm VERY glad we took a chance on it, because we've been really happy with it! And truly speaking, it is quite hard to get up and out of bed in the morning! This is our 3rd ViscoSoft pad. Our first one lasted about 4 years with rotating frequently. We purchased to get longer use from our sagging mattress. Well worth its already reasonable price. I would recommend this brand. The foam holds up well and we are bigger people. Our second purchase came once we got a new mattress. My husband needs a more firm mattress but I’m a side sleeper and it bothered my hips. We bought the 2” pad this time. It is perfect for both of us. It’s firm enough for my husband’s back but soft enough for my old hips. Ha. Our 3rd went to our son’s bed. He is loving it as well. Read more

Trash product. After several days most of the topper still hasn’t expanded so it’s totally unusable. Meanwhile, to get a refund they are actually making me pack this thing back up and send it to them, and good luck fitting a half-compressed memory foam topper back into the original shipping box. I had many concerns about this mattress topper because of some of the comments. I ordered 2in twin XL. It came fast, I opened it the next day it inflated within minutes, 4-5 min. I removed the cover to wash it and left it out to off-gas. The first day, the windows were closed, and the smell was strong to me but not to the other people in my house. The next couple of days, I kept the windows open, and it was immediately better. After 3 days, I dressed in back up, folded it inside a moving bag (28.74"L x 13.78"W x 13.58"H) It would have fit in a smaller one if two people were doing it. With this bag, it was easy for one person to do. For context, it arrived during a heatwave, and this may have helped it inflate faster. It stays put on the dorm bed, and it is very comfy. Read more

We use this on a couch sectional has a bed that can be pulled up. This topper is so comfortable over the bed portion. The sofa is firm and I love laying on it with the topper (it’s more comfortable than my tempur-pedic). Also, no smell when we opened it to first use it. Read more
