I’ve told soooo many people about this stuff. I’m in my mid 40’s and was having joint pain in hips literally every night, keeping me up from sleeping. Since using this, my pain is almost non-existent. This is the most amazing stuff for joints! The only con is that I don’t find it mixes up in cold items like juice. I have to put it in hot tea or coffee or blend it in a smoothie. I’ve tried blending with my frother in a juice but just doesn’t dissolve or blend well. But hot items or a smoothie and you should be fine. It has zero flavor which is a huge plus for me. Also, the protein also keeps me fuller between meals. About 10-11 days daily usage and some of the pain has decreased. Whereas it felt like Bone on Bone pain and extreme stiffness, joints now feel more relaxed. I can actually stretch without consequences. Some pain is still there but it's a great start for just 10/11 days.In some instances I can feel the bones rubbing pass each other but that's actually progress for me . Should mention I'm also using Soy Isoflavones, so I'm not sure if that's also helping. (Perimenopause joint pain). The quality of this and other purchased Vital Proteins is always on par. On my second bottle. A bit pricey. Only lasts 2 weeks, BUT I do believe it is helping my joints. I feel like I have less pain and more mobility. It's not perfect, but I think it's better. Read more

I’ve been taking regular vital proteins collagen with hyaluronic acid for about two years and when I switched to this formula about a month ago, I noticed a sudden decrease in joint pain both in a hip and a foot that had been bothering me. The collagen mixes into my morning coffee, just like the basic formula, and I noticed no difference in taste or smell. I have had significant pain relief since I started using this product.
