I started adding this supplement to my morning coffee (hot coffee) a few months ago and am loving it! I was meeting with my dietician, discussing hair loss and daily protein goals. I add two tbsp to each cup of coffee for a full serving of 4tbsp. I find that the amount of hair I’m losing is less.
