Good value great hair growth
I have been using biotin for at least two years now. But on April 1,2025 I had open heart surgery; shortly after my hair started to fall out. It was awful, I thought I was going to be bald. I shed hair in the shower and even when was sitting watching television. My doctor told me to take biotin, as much as I wanted to take. So to started to take 20,000 mcg. My hair stopped falling out and now it is growing back in and it is thick like it was 10 years ago. I’m 72 years old now. I will keep taking it. It’s vitamin B7. This brand is a good value Read more
