This is a nice unit to use for pedaling. One real nice feature is the size of the pedals. My feet are often swollen and difficult for me to life. I am able to get onto the pedals easy enough and my feet stay in place without and straps. It is also quiet and I have not put the silencer part on the pedals rails. The passive programmed methods are nice to have when I am feeling tired but still want to exercise. There are a couple of minor points - the workouts are limited to 30 minutes when using in the HR/P1/P2/P3 mode. I saw that in the manual, but otherwise missed it. So if you are looking for a longer workout you need to use it in manual/off. The power cord, like many products, is a bit short for use. Try it, but do not be surprised if you need a power strip to be able to get it in position.. The pedals did not quite fit correctly, so it was difficult to get two screws into the pedals. Bottom line - due to the size of the pedals, the ability to move with assistance on some days to exercise and the general noise level, this is a really nice unit. (Been using it about a week or so.) Nice little machine. It’s a little heavy but easy to move because it has a place to grab and lift. The remote is a nice feature so you don’t have to bend down to control the settings. One of foot pedals is starting to rub or scrape as it turns. That started on the third or fourth use. It was very quiet until the scraping started. Read more

This is a great little elliptical bike. It’s the perfect size and easy to store. It comes with a non-slid mat that keeps the pedals for moving. I also love the fact that it has a easy to use remote control. This is made for anyone that wants to do light work to fast pace work. It seems to be well-made and very sturdy. I purchased my portable motorized elliptical to help strengthen my leg muscles. I found it very easy to set up and easy to use. I do like the remote control to adjust the speeds and control all the variations of use.I think it was a good investment and value. The only drawback is the timer only goes for 30 minutes so if you want to do more, you have to start it again. Read more
