Horrible.
You get what you pay for and after just 13 months this Unit gave me the "black screen of death". The TV would just not turn on so I am assuming the motherboard gave up. I spent over an hour with a Vizio Service Agent and her Manager and was told that I was out of luck bc their Warranty is only for 12 months. Read more

My 3rd Vizio
This is my 3rd Vizio TV. I really like this brand and its ease of use and quality. I know the shipping is separate from the product, but this time the TV arrived and the box was totally soaked on the bottom. Driver said he had a leak in his truck (UPS). It did not harm the TV as it was packed in Styrofoam on the inside. It could have been a real problem, but fortunately it wasn't. Read more
