This is all my 17 year old wanted for Christmas. He plays volleyball and cant wait to get out on the court and put these to use. He says they are comfortable, perfect fit (size 13 mens) and the quality is unmatched. They are perfect thickness to be able to remove the inside soles of his volleyball shoes and slide right in. They do not smell (so far) but he will be keeped good care of them. He has flat feet normally and says that he feels supported in is arch more than he has every felt. I’m a fool. Bought into the insta social media hype. Does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for improving speed, comfort, performance. In fact, they are actually really uncomfortable for a casual 3-4 mile run. I’m 6’2, 215 lbs. run 4 times a week usually 8-10 miles. Sometimes it’s a jog to warm up, sometimes I try to cook my run. Mid sole, it puts unnecessary pressure I’m assuming when the carbon plate tries to spring forward. I can see where the technology “tried” to something special but it’s a massive flop.
