At 75 routine habits run together and make it difficult to remember when and if I took my meds. This has been a great help as you prepare a week in advance the prescriptions and supplements you plan to be taking. There is plenty of room in each compartment in which it is separated according to the time of day you take your pills. I like the size of the 4 compartments (Morning, Noon, Evening, Bedtime) per tray and the overall size of the 7 trays (one tray per week day), which fit nicely into its clear plastic storage box. The shortcomings are: 1) the blue color for the Saturday tray is so dark as to hinder being able to read the black lettering on its flaps; 2) the black print on the Friday tray has started to rub off. The size is great for people who use several vitamins and supplements in addition to their medications. It has 7 individual containers with units for taking medications 4x a day which makes it very convenient. I take out each individual day's container and place it on my kitchen table so i can take the pills/supplements during a meal or take the daily container with me for a lunch or dinner at a restaurant. The pill box itself is good enough. It definitely does the trick in helping keep pills organized and helping me keep up with my meds. However the letters begin rubbing off within a couple of days just from normal opening and closing. Would really like them to last more than a week before fading.
