This is my go-to sweater for work. I am a business owner & I do lot of in-home client meetings that I need to look professional for. I also wear branded shirts & I like that this sweater is open front because it sits just right on my chest to not cover up the logo. It's comfortable, it's cute, & it looks very polished & professional with my black pants. Also, I wear this a LOT in the colder months & I have not had any issues with piling! Fit- I am 5'5", 100lbs, and I ordered the small. It fits pretty well, but there is definitely some room for other sizes, unless you're a good bit taller. The sleeves just come to my wrists, and they ride up quite a bit if I move my arms, so if you are very tall or have extra long arms, the sleeves may be too short. I wish they had xsmall though, as long as the sleeves didn't get even shorter. Material- The material is very soft and not stiff, even with the ribbing details. It's definitely more of a lightweight material, but I'd say closer to the heavier end of lightweight, almost medium. It seems like a decent material, but I am a bit concerned about how well it will hold up over time. Some reviews mentioned the seams coming apart, and while all my seams are fine now, I can see how they could wear since some of the seams aren't super tight but looser, more open weave. Care- The instructions say to hand wash, but I know my clothes will sit in the dirty clothes basket forever if I have to hand wash, so I always just take my chances and wash them in the machine. I washed this cardigan in cold water on the delicate cycle and laid flat to dry before wearing. Only one wash so far, but it did fine. Color- I ordered the green, and it was as I expected when it arrived. A bright green, but not grass or primary green, more jewel tone/emerald. Overall- It's a nice, soft cardigan with a decent fit. If it was a bit slimmer fit or came in xsmall and/or had longer sleeves, it would probably be 5 stars for me. I like the style and color variety available, but I will likely not purchase this again in another color. We'll see how it holds up over time and how I feel about the fit once I wear it more. This is an incredible sweater. I can’t believe I’ve left it this long to review, but discovered I hadn’t when I got on here to order another one. Fabulous attractive cut and perfect medium weight. I wash in cold on the “hand wash” cycle in a front loading machine and dry on a padded hanger. It still looks like new. You cannot miss with this sweater/cardi. Read more
