I’m currently using this lamp at my desk and really like how customizable the lighting is. It has three different light modes—bright white (cool white), neutral white, and warm white—and you can adjust the brightness on each setting depending on what you’re doing. I personally use the bright white (cool white) setting most of the time because it gives the clearest light for detailed work. Being able to dim the light within each mode makes it easy to get the brightness exactly right without it being too harsh. The flexible arm is easy to adjust and stays in place, and the clamp design keeps it from taking up desk space. The inline controls are simple to use and convenient to reach. The movability of the flex portion is just tight enough to hold any directional adjustment with no additional pressure or anything. Easy to instal, easy to manipulate into position. I have it positioned to shine in front of and just below my elevated monitor so it doesn't reflect on my screen. That was my goal in getting it. It's flexible but stays in place where you want it! It doesn't give off heat and has a nice bong cord. It's light weight but sturdy. Highly recommended. Read more

At first this lamp was exactly what I wanted, the clamp is strong, the gooseneck is flexible yet sturdy, the 3 light options and dim/brightness feature is great, however after only a week of daily use the lamp has started flickering. No amount of changing the light settings, unplugging/replugging has any effect. So disappointing. 1 star. Edited to add: I liked this lamp so much that I bought a second one, before the first ever started flickering. The seller's customer service offered a full refund for the flickering lamp, and the second one i had already purchased is still working great. I believe the first one i received was an unfortunate dud. I've changed my rating to 4 stars because the lamp is exactly what I was looking for and customer service was quick to offer a refund for the dud. Read more

Bought 2 of these and have been really impressed. One went to college with a son for his dorm and the other to my craft desk. THe lights are really bright and the adjustable neck lets me really get close to my work and highlight what I need to see. The screw on attachment makes it really nice because it doesn't take up desk space, but it can be a bit annoying if you don't have a lip on your desk space.
