I ordered a small for my 17# jack russell terrier but it was too small. The harness is so soft! I like that it has sturdy velcro AND snap closure. My dog sometimes walks when we are on a walk and had slipped out of her old harness in the past. The double rings to clip your leash to are thick and sturdy. This Medium size fits my dog very well. Great value for the price! My Yorkie is a bit skittish of the Velcro noise, but otherwise getting this on/off is so much easier. The irritation of the traditional harness (even though it was fitted properly!) caused a benign subcutaneous swelling which resolved significantly once we discarded that kind of harness. We tried a few others and none fit the bill until this. It's soft, non-irritating, looks great, and is so easy on/off he doesn't wear it indoors (much easier to groom!). There is no strain on his neck either, something we found problematic with other vest-type harnesses. The only downside is the attachment rings could be a bit larger, but otherwise I'm quite satisfied with this purchase. We got a size medium based on other reviews. I'm glad we followed that advice bc he's small but a bit long in the torso; the fit is just right! I was so happy to save $$ compared to pet store offerings, none of which fit well. Exactly what I was looking for! This is the perfect harness. Benji always likes to wear a little t shirt. With this fluffy harness he can keep it on and it's very soft. On the flip side of it being soft, it's also firm enough for the leash and doesn't feel flimsy at all. He's always cold and it keeps him warm. My dog has several harnesses from this brand so I ordered the same size however this one is just a tad bit too snug. I’m hoping it will stretch a little with wear. I’m assuming it’s because of the material. It is a cute harness though. Read more

Found this among what seemed thousands of harnesses. I really like it, and so does the dog. I used the sizing chart and it worked out perfectly. It wraps around and velcros at the top. Also clips above that, as well as a double loop for attaching the lead/leash. Very soft material and not stiff out of the box at all. One of it's nicest features. Everything I've been finding lately is built with extra stuff super duty nylon, as if a 10 pound dog is going to bust free and devour the neighborhood. Anyway, soft feel and not stiff at all. Great size arm holes and the front does not pull on her neck like other harnesses, still choking her. Could get a bit warm for over fluffy fluff balls in the summer. Overall great buy and a nice little harness. If you have a large strong puller of a dog, this may not be the best. It's not super rugged. Read more

I purchased 3 of the light tan suede colored harnesses for my puppies. They are a great color and material for the fall. I was worried that the light colored suede would get dirty quickly but was surprised at how great they still looked after a month of daily wear. They wore them in the snow one day. They took a long time to dry compared to the other Voyager harness materials but did not leave any stains or water marks once they were dry. I wish the suede material harnesses came is size XXS. My 7 pound mini poodle typically wears an XXS. I ordered him an XS so he could match the others. It was a little big but worked well layered over a fleece shirt. Read more

Our dog weighs about 13 lbs and fits a Medium nicely. She is well behaved but very hyper and can get carried away chasing outdoor critters. It’s made of polyester and is well made. It’s very soft but will not rip. It secures around the dog with velcro and a plastic latch. Other harnesses we had could cause rub marks on her neck and chest when she tried to pull. This harness has eliminated that issue all together! Easily the best harness we’ve used over the years and will be purchasing another when this one wears out! Read more
