Cute outfit in theory. Thin, light weight fabric and cute print. Skirt fit well but top is poorly made. It looks like you should be able to cinch the top but it’s just a tie for decorative purposes. Bottom ruffle is weird too. Unless you have a long torso, the fabric folds over and it looks like you have a fat roll hanging over. Wanted to love it but sadly had to return.
