I went with the heavy 65–100 lb fabric band, and I’m really glad I did. The first thing you notice is the feel. It’s nothing like rubber bands. No snapping sensation, no fear of it slipping or popping. It feels sturdy, smooth, and controlled the whole time. The fabric mesh is a big win. It doesn’t dig into the skin, roll up, or pull hair, and it stays put during stretches and strength work. I’ve been using it for mobility, stretching, and full-body movements, and it gives consistent resistance that actually feels supportive instead of aggressive. What I like most is how natural and joint-friendly it feels. The resistance is strong but even, which makes it great for slower, controlled reps and deeper stretches. It feels like something you can trust your body with, especially compared to rubber bands that always feel a bit sketchy at higher tension. If you’re tired of latex bands and want something that feels durable, comfortable, and high quality, this fabric band is absolutely worth it. Once you use this style, it’s hard to go back. Read more

I recently added this fabric resistance band to my home gym, and it’s quickly become one of my go to pieces for leg and glute work. The wide and soft fabric sits comfortably against the skin and stays put during movements with no rolling up or irritating, pinching even under heavy tension. That alone makes it far more usable than thin rubber bands for longer workouts. When I use it for exercise exercises like squats or glute bridges the band delivers smooth and steady resistance. The lack of bounce when compared to others keeps the tension controlled and helps with proper form. That is especially valuable for activation work or rehab style training. I also like that the band feels sturdy and well constructed. After several weeks of consistent use, there’s no sign of frays, stretching out, or loss of resistance. This band isn’t ideal if you’re looking for aggressive stretch or band assisted heavy lifting, but for the intended use of lower body and mobility work it excels. It’s easy on the joints and comfortable for extended use. It’s a solid band. Read more

I got the XX-Heavy version of this resistance band, and wow, is it indeed hefty in build. Despite the relatively lightweight nature of the band, it packs a punch. With the quality of its weave and its performance in a few exercises, I believe this will last a very long time. I cannot verify the actual resistance level, but it is challenging for me to extend it fully during my leg exercises, so I am inclined to believe the given rating based on my typical weight when lifting. The band I got is a comfortable size and has a smooth, non-scratchy feel to it. I find it easy and comfortable to grip, with no worry of slipping during exercise. It also has a consistent stretch, making my workouts and stretching effective through the whole range of motion. Overall, I think this resistance band is a great value for such high quality, and I would gladly buy another one; in fact, I am already planning to get the medium next. Read more
I used the VRTX Fabric Resistance Band yesterday for a full stretching session, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality. Right out of the package, it feels premium — the fabric is soft yet strong, with a woven mesh texture that doesn’t dig into your skin or roll up like typical rubber bands. The non-slip design really works; it stayed in place the entire time, even during deeper stretches and mobility exercises. The resistance level feels perfectly balanced — enough tension to make stretches effective, but still smooth and controlled for yoga and warm-ups. I especially like how it gives a consistent stretch without that “snap back” feeling you get from latex bands. The durability seems excellent too; the stitching and material both feel like they’ll hold up to regular use without stretching out or fraying. It’s also lightweight and easy to pack, so I can see myself tossing it in a gym bag or suitcase for travel workouts. Overall, this is a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable resistance band that’s great for stretching, mobility work, or even full-body training. It’s one of the best fabric bands I’ve used so far — highly recommended for anyone serious about flexibility and recovery. There is no smell to this item. This resistance band is great. It's clearly made with high-quality fabric that feels durable, not flimsy like some rubber alternatives. The solid stretch it provides is perfect for deepening poses and getting the right level of resistance in my yoga and stretching routines. Crucially, the fabric is comfortable to grip, which prevents slipping and chafing during longer holds. The only "warning" I have is unrelated to performance: my cat absolutely loved the soft fabric and decided to use it as a personal chew toy one night! To my surprise, the band is still working great with no noticeable degradation or loss of elasticity. This band is a winner for performance, comfort, and unexpected durability against tiny, sharp teeth. Read more
I use bands to make easy body weight exercises like pushups and dips more challenging. The latex bands feel kind of gross on your skin, especially when you’re sweating profusely. These feel like fabric, so are a lot better, plus they don’t slide off your skin. This is a decent amount of added resistance, especially near the lockout portion of the rep. It’s very well made and should last quite a while. I might buy the heavier one as well. Read more
