Setting up the clock is not easy for seniors.
This clock is supposed to be for seniors because it has not only the year and date, but whether it is day or night and the time. It is not easy to adjust following the instruction sheet because every thing uses buttons not dials like a regular clock. Press too hard and numbers advances too fast and you have to press another button to go the other way. You can pick either a 12 hour cycle or a 24 hour cycle that shows military time after 12 noon. The company is in England so there is no customer service number on the instruction sheet. The box does have the company address and website. The clock itself is made in China. Read more
