If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. A few years ago, I was searching for a reasonably priced vehicle jump starter battery and ended up purchasing 2 NOCO BOOST GB150 (3000 Amps) jump starter batteries and 1 VTOMAN X1 (2500 Amps) jump started battery, for 3 vehicles in the household. The time comes to need a jump, so I take out the NOCO BOOST because I thought it was better than the VTOMAN battery. To my surprise, it couldn't even get the vehicle to crank. I take out the 2nd NOCO BOOST jump starter battery and this time it cranked but did not start the vehicle. At this point, I figured I must be doing something wrong because there is no way two 3000 Amp sources would be unable to jump start my vehicle. I reviewed the instructions and again, neither NOCO BOOST battery provided the power to start my vehicle. I did notice the NOCO BOOST LED battery indicator going from full capacity to 1 bar on both NOCO BOOST batteries, which indicated to me it had transferred power to the battery. Perplexed and thinking that perhaps the starter was the problem, I pulled out the VTOMAN battery, not expecting much to happen, and lo and behold it, it cranked rapidly and started the vehicle. Since then, I have jump started my M4 diesel tractor and purchased several more VTOMAN batteries for myself and as gifts for relatives. I love having this Jump Box in my possession. The instructions are an easy read and the quality is second to none for jumping 12 volt batteries. It does not come with a wall outlet charger, but I purchased one already to simplify the charging of the Jump Box. Great value for my $$$. Read more

I’ve had a couple much lesser and older tech Jump Packs in the past. They seemed like a 50/50 proposition; they might work/do-the-job, they might not… I had a damaged vehicle that had sat for some 16 moths that I needed to get moved (taken for repairs). I had tried my old “packs”; neither of which even remotely provided a glimmer of hope. To further my problem; I was unable to access/change the battery because it was in the trunk; something I could not get to without any “power”. 🤦🏻 I really didn’t wanna try jumping my old vehicle with my new vehicles outta fear of somehow, in someway, damaging their high-zoot electronics. When I went to look for a new better pack I was a bit taken aback by ALL of the choices out there and how to differentiate among them… After much angst and back-n-forth I landed on the VTOMAN V10 Max 5500! The Jump Starter arrived quickly and was packaged well. I was overly impressed with the quick, no instant, work it made of my year and a half dead vehicle. It was literally 1,2,3 and I was in-business! I found the size and weight to be very manageable; particularly considering what you have. I also invested in a “case” (sadly not included ☹️) of the same brand which can be found on Amazon as well; this is really a must-have. (Unless you already have one or something similar to keep everything “together” and handy.) I also already had a 100 W wall charger/block which makes charging the pack a bit more convenient. I bought this primarily to jump start my car and it worked perfectly when I needed it. The build quality feels solid for the price point - doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. What I really appreciate is the versatility. I've also been using it as a battery pack to charge my phone, which is convenient. The 100W USB-C fast charger is a nice bonus feature. So far haven't had any issues with it. For the price, I think it's good value for money. Taking off one star only because I haven't had it long enough to comment on long-term durability, but initial impressions are positive. Highly advise avoiding this product. We've had two of them fail when needing it most. If you just want a flashlight & charging unit these still function properly. Also, forget about customer service they completely disregard inquiries. Thankfully, AMZN, as always is supportive and assisted with one of the faulty 5500A's. Read more
