Great addition to my health routine!!
An easy to take B3 supplement. These Vykee Nutrition 500mg Niacinamide capsules are vegan and Non-GMO. Manufactured in a GMP certified facility in the USA. Niacinamide is a non flushing, gentle form of B3 that helps your body convert food into energy. This helps promote sustained vitality. This supplement also promotes skin hydration which aids in improving texture and skin tone to help balance complexion. This also aids in the production of key enzymes that help with the metabolic process. All of this helps skin, nails, hair, brain function, immune system and more. There is a QR code on the bottle that gives you a full list of ingredients. Having taken this for a while now, I have noticed slightly increased focus and better skin tone as well as less dry skin. Time will tell if there are any other long term benefits. I have not noted any side effects or had upset stomach or anything from taking this either. Overall I am very happy with this B3 supplement. I’ve been taking Vykee’s Niacinamide pills for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. My skin looks a bit brighter and I feel like my energy’s more balanced during the day. Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and my skin seems to be loving it. I also noticed my focus and mood have felt a little more even, which I read can be linked to B3’s support for brain health.
