This product is not compatible with the Xbox only temporarily after so many times Microsoft locks out blocks the use of this controller so it's virtually useless I can't complain too much because I complained about it right off the bat it's hard to synchronize with your Xbox it's got a zip drive you stick in the back the instructions are so small you can't even read them with the magnifying glass anyways I have to give this a bad rating I want to waste my money on this controller pick another one the only good thing is I got my money back they told me to keep the product and see if I could get it to work I temporarily got it to work kept on giving me warnings that it was not Microsoft compatible every time I started up you bypass it but after you bypass it so many times Microsoft actually locks you out so Microsoft you suck too Read more

Works great for original Xbox controller that the joysticks went bad on. The two extra mappable buttons are a cool feature that can come in handy to spam a move during a certain part of a game if needed. Rumble is adequate and much better than some of the lacking ones from other third party controllers I've had in the past. The bright color sold me on the controller and the quality is just as good. I was hopeful this would be a good buy. Unfortunately, this controller was a flop. When we connected it to the XBox we got the msg that this product is not compatible with the XBox. The power button would not power the X Box off or on, the back buttons would not work and the joy stick was weird. Kind of glitchy. He made do with it and continued to use it but after 7 days, the controller has completely gone kaput. It will not charge at all and will not power on. It works, just a lot of things you have to go through to get it there. It is touchy on whether or not it wants to connect sometimes. Its cool visually but buggy. Like when I watch YouTube videos on my Xbox the video I'm watching will pause when the controller goes into to sleep mode or powers down after being inactivity. Read more

I can not get this to work with our Xbox. It was fine for a couple days and now will not sync with the system. It said when we first paired it that it would expire in 9 days, which it did. This was such a waste of money and I keep kicking myself for purchasing it. Read more
