I’ve been wanting to get a small steam jet clearer for awhile. When I saw this I was eager to see if it would fit my needs. Opening the box you’ll find all the cleaning accessories as well as a cup and funnel for filling. Also included are a few spare gaskets for the top of the tank. The device and accessories seem well made. I bought it for cleaning grout and possibly removing wallpaper. This brings up the first consideration. The size. It only hold up to 250ml, so it’s not going be great for large projects. It might work if you’re cleaning or steaming one section at a time. Keep in mind that this is not an industrial steamer so keep the duty cycle in mind. Distilled water is recommended to avoid mineral buildup in the unit. They do include instructions for cleaning/descaling the unit. I recommend doing it after each project. The device is easy to operate. Keep in mind that there is a safety catch on the trigger. It doesn’t work great as I was just pushing on the trigger and getting steam. Keep this in mind whenever it’s plugged in. Once I noticed the safety it was much easier to operate. The cord is a decent length, and the hose is just long enough. You will have to carry the unit or place it on a stable surface and keep it upright when it’s plugged in. The steam output is decent considering its size. Fun fact. When not putting out steam the steam can condense resulting in hot water jetting out until the steam clears the hose. This happens in all steamers. The unit is light enough to not be burdensome. I’ve only done a small section of grout so far but the results are great. If you need a smallish shaker for the occasional project l, this will do nicely. For the money you are getting a known name brand that works great for smallish projects.
