It works great! On carpet it is very quiet. On hard floor not so much. Makes it super easy to get my steps in. The incline feature is nice and helps raise your heart rate just a tiny bit and definitely makes a difference. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to get their steps in. Read more

I’m loving the ability to walk indoors during bad weather on my Lacuffy walking pad. I’ve just received it and have used it about 4 times. It’s already starting to squeak. It’s loud enough that it’s tough to watch TV while using it. I looked at the manual today to see if there were any recommendations for squeaking, but nothing. All I can say is I hope it doesn’t get worse! Also note that it doesn’t come with a handlebar so I do put a DR chair next to it while using since I’ve come bouncing off it a few times already. The media could not be loaded. Okay maybe some people haven't had a problem but, just got it, shows an error code 6. So anyways called customer support told him I had an error code 6 they wanted me to take a picture of the error code? And send the picture to an email? I was like what, you don't believe me that there's an error code 6? 🤔🤔 So I did call three times and spoke to three different people, and apparently if you have any problems with this, you will not be able to get your problem resolved through the toll free phone number provided! Again, I think the motor for the belt was DOA out of the box? But then again, customer support could not tell me what the code meant, go figure, and actually the customer support phone number is a joke there is no support. So I guess it's time to box this heavy thing back up, send it back to Amazon, and get something from another manufacturer. Read more
