I absolutely love this walking pad! It’s sturdy, smooth, and surprisingly quiet, which makes it perfect for home use or under a standing desk. The handle bar adds great stability and makes me feel much safer, especially during longer walks. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up much space, and is simple to store when not in use. I’ve been using it daily to get my steps in and it’s been a game changer for staying active indoors. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move more at home without a bulky treadmill! Read more
I took a chance on this treadmill even after seeing a review saying the true weight capacity was 265 lbs. When it arrived, I checked the included pamphlet and confirmed it does list 265 lbs. I knew I was cutting it close, and that worried me. When the treadmill arrived, I had a setup issue. I’m older and have some physical limitations, so although I tried to fix it myself, I just couldn’t manage it. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly and helped me get everything sorted out. The issue was entirely due to my own physical limitations—not the quality of the machine. Now, about the treadmill itself: once it was set up, I was pleasantly surprised. It runs smoothly and glides with ease. I fully expected it to struggle with me being so close to the listed weight limit, but it didn’t at all. Based on how it performs, I truly believe it could support around 300-325 lbs without an issue. I’m not sure about 350 lbs, but if I ever find someone in that range to test it, I’ll update this review. It’s also very quiet, aside from a couple of loud beeps when you power it on or change the speed. I’m 5'5", and the handle height works well for me. It’s designed more for balance and for holding a tablet, so if you’re much taller, it might not be ideal, but for my height, it’s perfect. The walking surface is also long enough for my stride, which was a nice surprise; I expected it to feel smaller based on other reviews. I have zero complaints. I can use it comfortably and easily slide it under the bed when I’m done, though I usually just leave it out during the day and hop on for 15 minutes every hour and a half or so. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision. If you’re looking for a treadmill, have limited space, and are even slightly considering this one, go for it. You won’t regret it, and their customer support is excellent. Read more
I bought this mainly to use while working from home, and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. It arrived ready to use right out of the box and didn’t require any complicated setup. The treadmill is very quiet, which was important to me since I use it during calls and meetings without it being distracting. I like that it’s compact and easy to move around, and it slides under a bed or couch when not in use without taking up much space. The handlebar is a nice option when I want a bit more stability, and folding it up is quick and simple. The display is easy to read and tracks everything I care about, like time, speed, distance, and calories. Overall, it feels sturdy, smooth to walk on, and comfortable on the joints. It’s been an easy way to stay active throughout the day without leaving my workspace. Read more
So far so good, I have only had this a week and I like it! It’s a little heavier than I hoped but it’s still easy to roll and fits right under my bed. I didn’t expect it to be super light weight considering it’s basically a mini treadmill. I gave it 4 stars only because the only way to use it and change settings is with the remote it comes with so you absolutely can’t lose that remote. That’s why I gave it 4 stars and because there is no emergency cord so you have to use the remote to stop it and walk with it in arms reach or in your hand, and it makes a somewhat loud beeping when you turn it on or change any settings. But it does exactly what I wanted it to do, belt turns great, runs great etc. Would definitely recommend! Read more

I'm 5'3" and Handrail is way too short and too far forward when locked in place. The belt slippage combined with useless handrail is dangerous and frightening. The first two walks were lovely but after that, they were a nightmare. I would not recommended this for seniors looking to enjoy the golden years. Young ones, beware. All walking pads should come with substantial handrails with side arms comfortably accommodating a height of 5 to 6 feet. Why provide a handrail only suitable for a child's height? Returning walkingpad less than a week into the nightmare. Another beautiful disaster at a price too good to be true. 139.00 Read more
Walking pad works well and is pretty straightforward to use. I am storing it under a bed when not in use and it’s relatively easy to move around. 3 stars because upon receipt I found that one of the screws needed to secure the phone holder is stripped so I am not able to attach it. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning. Read more
Great walking pad. I was looking for something a little wider which this is and this pad works great in a small foot print especially if you don't have a lot of room. It's also quiet, while watching TV. It is also heavy duty but easy to move around. Read more
