These are really easy to install and if you mount them add an angle you can easily work different muscle groups or accommodate for smaller or larger grip widths. They come with ridiculously strong bolts and anchors and feel incredibly sturdy. Obviously these are not something that you want to install directly to drywall so you may need to retrofit the area where you plan to hang them. Even though these are marketed as wall-mounted pull-up bars or climbing cloud ladders, I’m actually using them on the floor and they work perfectly for my setup. I use them for negative push-ups and deep balancing pushups, and the design really helps add depth and stability to the movements. To prevent slipping, I added grip tape to the bottom of each bar, which made a big difference on smooth flooring. The construction feels solid and supports my weight without any creaking or wobbling. The compact size (just under 20 inches) makes them easy to move around or store when not in use. I imagine they would also work well mounted on a wall for their intended purpose, but if you're into bodyweight workouts or calisthenics, these are a great floor tool too.
