Love love love these jeans, the fit and the pockets make your bum look larger with the pockets. Unfortunately they stretch out so at the end of a day they are sagging in the crotch. Too much elastic, where has denim gone, everything is plastic now, it’s hard to find quality cotton!! Read more

A 37-year-old plus sized woman wearing "Juniors" jeans? Yeah, I thought it was a little nuts too, but I am glad I tried it. I like the way these fit. I am normally an 18-20 ish, so I was a bit worried about the 17, but between the curvy fit and the stretch, I decided to try it. I'm glad I did, because they work. I would not call them low rise myself, having been someone who grew up through the 2000s. Anyone who thinks they resemble the low rise of the early 2000s (hello high school memories), must have rose-colored glasses. The zipper length is a reasonable 4-ish inches, longer than my index finger. I remember having true low-rise jeans in high school that had zippers of just over 1 inch long. But, I suppose for today's fashion, they are low rise. Just don't compare them to the 2000s. The jeans have a reasonable amount of stretch and the material is relatively thin and breathable. They are comfortable enough, though after a while the waistband button does dig in a bit. Overall, I like the look of these. They do seem to be a bit of a nostalgia throwback between the distressed look to the color to the lower rise to even the button flaps on the back pockets (yes, I had those on multiple pairs of jeans in high school too). I do think it is odd that they're using "juniors" sizing. I don't necessarily think these are juniors jeans. There may be a bit of vanity sizing going on, or they're just really off on their sizing. But I'm glad the 17 seemed to fit me, if a tiny bit snug. They weren't uncomfortably snug or unflattering, just pressed in a bit too much over time. They were almost $38 when I got them and now my size is down to just over $30. I think they're worth that. Read more

These capri-length jeans are great! The material is normal denim thickness with good stretch, and should stand up to a few years worth of wear and washing and is extremely comfortable. The "curvy" fit means they are wider at the hip relative to the waist than average, and for someone with a considerable waist-to-hip width difference, that is so nice! The "low rise" is not super low and is probably closer to a slightly low mid rise, which works well for me. The front pockets are full hand depth, and the back pockets fit a normal size wallet while still buttoning. The material stretch means I can also put my Z-flip phone in my back pocket while folded closed and not have it be uncomfortably tight. The sizing, when using the provided chart, is spot-on to slightly generous. I normally wear a women's 14-16 depending on material and cut. Using the chart, I chose a 17 as my hips are 44". I could, and for my preferred fit SHOULD have gotten a 15. Even so, the 17 is not falling off by any means, just a bit looser than I usually wear. My only criticism is that the fold at the calf should be tacked. As soon as they are washed, the fold is gone and you are left trying to guess where it previously was. Read more

Hmmmm. These are not the jeans I reach for when I am putting on jeans, unfortunately. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable, but the waist is far too big and not just the waist but like the entire pelvis area. Without a belt cinched tighter than I'm comfortable with, the pants just do not stay up and with every step I can feel them creeping down more. It's a shame because I like the color and the quality is definitely there. I prefer low and mid-rise to high-rise bottoms so I really appreciate that the manufacturer stepped outside of today's high-rise trend. Plus, they make the booty pop! I am 5'5 and about 108 lbs and got the smallest available, the 3. I think that if I were able to get a smaller size, they would likely fit me better. So if the sizing is proper for you, you just might love them! Read more

I was super excited to order these. I thought about the material content and figured that with the haphazard way clothes get dried in this household, a larger size might be better. I ordered a size 11, but according to the chart - a 9 would have been okay. As it is, the fit is okay. (more on that later) As a school teacher in a special education room, I need clothing that moves with me while being cute and comfortable. I received these four days ago, and this is my second time wearing them. I should have ordered the 9. Why? They are VERY comfortable and VERY stretchy. I could squat, turn, bend, stretch - the jeans moved right with me. And then it started. THEY CREEP DOWN!!! Nobody wants to see a teacher hoisting up their britches 20 times an hour. They wash well in eco-warm water and low heat. There was minimal shrinkage, and they maintained their shape, color, and stretchiness. The length is perfect - I can roll up the bottom with two small turns, and they look super cute. Great quality. Just DO NOT size up!!! My one complaint (other than the creepage?) is that the back pocket flaps roll up after washing. How unflattering to look like you have butt horns. Read more
