I have been ordering a few different rings for myself and my family in attempt to find the best alternative to the much more expensive rings while still not sacrificing features or quality that are important to me. At first this particular ring frustrated me because at least in my box, there was no detailed instruction manual and I found the ring somewhat inscrutable. However, things get clearer once you download the app and play around with it some. This ring has features that I've not found in other rings in this general price category - like stress tracking and prayer tracking (which you could use for anything you want to track, honestly) and games, as well as a display on the ring that means that you don't have to open up the app to see e.g. how many steps you've taken.
