The size of this bag is great especially with the inside pocket for a large water bottle. Zippered top is great and fits under the airplane seat. Unfortunately the first time I used it, when I pulled it off my luggage handle, the trolley pass ripped on both sides. It isn't very noticeable and hopefully can be fixed. This bag is huge, fits my 15" laptop, holds my notebooks, folders, sketchbook, lots of sundries, there are three tall pockets for bottles which yes, I do need for water, coffee and tea thermoses. I love the internal one, I can actually put FOUR 16 oz water bottles inside it, and not have them fall to the bottom and clutter up things. There are other pockets, zippered ones on both outer sides and one internally, great for securing things. And of course this bag expands l which is great for travel, along with the wheelie sleeve. I use to fly A LOT and this would have made a great carry-on bag. The design is very thoughtful, a lot of needs are covered, like the added shoe bag. I appreciate that addition, I do carry extra comfy shoes often and this keeps them contained and my bag clean. The material is soft, probably washable but I haven't tried that yet. I have wiped smoothie off of it though, so I can say the polyester is pretty water and stain resistant. I carry a lot of weight in this bag and it's holding up, it's proving itself to be pretty durable. The tan color may be a bit boring but tan goes with about everything, and I don't have time to switch my bag every day for my outfit. I can add charms or tie scarves on it when I want to brighten it up. If you need a BIG BAG that holds a ton plus your large laptop and then some, for a reasonable price, here it is! I really like the design and functionality of this bag. It's a perfect carry-on size, and I especially love the zippered, expandable compartment underneath—it's perfect for a pair of shoes or extra items. When it's not completely stuffed, it fits perfectly under an airplane seat. The numerous compartments on the side are a huge plus for staying organized. The tag says it's "vegan leather," but honestly, it feels more like a synthetic material. The color I ordered, "Beige," looks more yellow in person, and since it's such a light color and feels synthetic, I'm concerned it might get dirty easily. While the color is a little disappointing, the bag's functionality is great. Not only is the quality of the materials excellent, the organization details are so thoughtful! Having a large bag isn't always a good thing because things get lost in the abyss, but having built in, intentional sections is so helpful in keeping my stuff (and my life) organized. The best feature for me is the inner water bottle pocket. It's so convenient to be able to keep my bottle inside my bag without it rolling around hitting everything and accidentally opening up and spilling everywhere.
