The jacket is nice quality - very warm, comfortable & does a decent job of repelling water. The jacket runs larger than true size. I'm a size 10-12 and using the size chart, I ordered a large as noted to be the equivalent size. However, the jacket was very generous in size. A main problem I had was the performance of the two-way zipper. At first, it was a little tough to catch, but soon became more difficult to a point that it would not zip. It was returned in the hopes it was a flaw. However, the second jacket had the same issue. Wantdo customer service was contacted and responded that feedback was being sent to the company in an effort to improve this issue. For the time being, I need to step in and out of the parka and avoid using the zipper altogether which defeats its purpose. Hopefully, Wantdo will improve the quality & durability of this zipper to avoid customers having the same issue. Read more
