This kinesiology tape is a great alternative to the original KT brand kinesiology tape. I like that it came in a roll, so that I can cut it to the lengths I need. The tape works well and adheres to my skin without issues. The tape lasted a few days even when showering, but I was still able to easily remove it without leaving any residue on my skin. To help make the tape last longer, make sure you apply it to clean skin before using, and also apply the tape an hour or so before physical activity. I feel like this gives the tape enough time to set. In general, the tape also lasts longer if you avoid overstretching it. Read more

I use this type of tape every day to support one of my feet. I like being able to cut my own strip. This might take a bit of time, but it prevents waste. I know exactly how long it needs to be. So, I cut the roll to the correct length and round each corner, so it stays down longer. Then when I change my tape, all I have to do is pull one out of the zipper pouch. This particular tape holds well and for me, is painless to remove. It lasts through several showers. This hasn't frayed. This tape has just the right amount of stretch. I like that this roll is cotton. Read more

Stayed on well, but due to lack of stretchiness, was not as effective for stabilizing my injury. Luckily, no irritation and the skin tone color looked good, really just wish it was more stretchy. One thing I liked was that it was not pre-cut, so you can cut them to whatever size you prefer. Read more

Works great and easily stays in place for several days. I had never used this tape on myself before. I tore my rotator cuff and my orthopedic doctor recommended getting some for my shoulder. I was sure how exactly I need to apply it, and my doctor suggested looking on YouTube once I had the tape on hand. So I found a good instructional video, that showed us how to cut the tape and where and how to apply to my shoulder. Even wearing for several days at a time, it did not irritate my skin. It did help support my shoulder. My son has cerebral palsy and his PT hs used it on his back and legs on several Occasions. Read more

Strips are rough and catch on clothing and started to peel. Also they start fraying and remind me of a cloth band-aid. Stretch out of shape easy so support is only good in the beginning. Not waterproof so don't sweat while wearing them. Read more

This tape worked great, even though I usually go for the precut, rounded kind, this one still did the job! 💪🏽 It held up during my workouts and in the sauna, which was impressive. Plus, it’s latex-free (which is super important for me since I’m allergic). Strong, flexible, and definitely worth it! Read more

ASIN: B0DJPTYHKW $17.00 WARM BODY COLD MIND Kinesiology Tape 2in×16ft - Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape for Support and Recovery, Sports Tape Therapeutic Pain Relief - Breathable Latex Free, Joint Support (Beige/3 Rolls) Brand name kinesiology tape costs about $12 for 16'. Cheap tape costs about $2 for the same amount. This tape costs about $5.50 for a 16' roll. The measure of the tape is always whether it sticks to you. You hope that it doesn't stick so hard that it's difficult to take off without taking your skin off with it. Some of the best tape I've used is relatively cheap. But I've had good and not good tapes at various price points, including the name brand stuff. Price does not seem to be the object. Honestly, I can't tell the difference of the quality of the tape based on its price. This tape seems okay, maybe a little pricey. So far, it sticks well for the first half day (that means it's not absolute junk). I'll update in a few days, to see if the edges are lifting. Read more
