4.5 Stars! This is a simple, effective and inexpensive tool which every watch enthusiast should have in their tool drawer. I received mine yesterday and within a matter of a few minutes I removed five links from my wife's new Tissot and one link from her older Rolex. The only shortcoming I could see is that the base plate can't be adjusted up/down to accommodate the different vertical thicknesses of the bracelets from different manufacturers, so the tool's push pin doesn't line up with the link pins to be removed. I had to make two different shims by folding pieces of paper and taping them to the tool's base plate so the push pin lined up perfectly with the link pin. Once that was done, the process went smoothly and quickly. There are other link removal tools on Amazon which had adjustable base plates for only a couple dollars more. In any event, inserting paper shims under the bracelet is an easy fix for this very basic tool. It is well built, and the extra push pins, polishing cloth and the hammer with both a plastic and steel head are nice touches. Highly recommended. Read more

My watch did not have the arrows indicating which way to push the pins. Once I figured that out, this tool was so easy to use. It is nothing special, just a plastic piece and some pins, but it definitely got the job done. Great tool and the price was good too. Read more
