The media could not be loaded. This is a great product. It’s easy to set up and use. I appreciate that you can turn one of the motors off so only one side rotates. I only have 3 automatic watches currently so shutting one side off helps save the other motor. It’s whisper quiet and noise is not an issue. The real test will be time and seeing how long it will last. Understandably, it runs all day and night, spinning every 6 minutes so I can’t expect it to last forever. Read more

Where's the power brick? The product came with the box, a manual, a usb cable, and specifically says to only use the power adapter they have... but there's not power adapter... So... it won't wind because I can't supply power to it. Also, the pillows for the winding slots have vertical and horizontal ways to put your watch on, I have 7" (average) and the large side is too large (watch won't go around it and the small side is too small and the watch falls out. Because of the plastic slots around the pillow, I can secure it while charging but when I take it out I dropped a watch. It looks nice, but largely impractical. Wouldn't recommend. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Great product. I have had it for 3 months and it is still going strong. Very quiet motor - however you can probably hear it in a quiet bedroom (beware). That being said - I have it in my media room and it never bothers me. The unit looks high end despite the affordable price. Everything is good quality and has held up well. The functions are easy to set on the back of the unit to make sure you do the winding direction / length of time that works with your particular set of watches.
