The jug feels really solidly built, it has a thickness to it but still enough to be able to feel the heat of the milk when steaming. The handle is nice and big allowing the whole hand to hold it. The jug is really easy to clean, inside and out, with the outside being very easy, just wipe with a damp cloth is pretty much all that’s needed to keep it looking as new. I've been using this pitcher about 4 days a week for the last 3 or 4 months and it's holding up well and gets the job done. Basically it checks the boxes BUT it's a bit on the small side and the shape makes it tough to really dial in your latte art (especially as a beginner). Great value for the money, Easy to clean. The size works for me since I do individual servings for my latte/espressos. Holds temperature well, and is very sturdy, this will last a long time. The size is about 1 soda can, if you need something larger for more people or servings, I would recommend the larger version. The pouring end makes it a lot easier to practice my late art.
