The media could not be loaded. I just received my order for the waterdrop under sink filter (model WD-17UA-UF)! It’s only been installed for a couple hours but so far I’m very impressed with the filter system and I’m satisfied with my choice! The package came with everything needed for a quick and simple installation. Literally as simple as deciding where to place the filter, using the template sticker to put in the two included mounting screws, pushing the included water hoses into the filter head, then mounting filter head onto the two screws! From there I simply turned off cold water supply, unscrewed the faucet hose from supply pipe, screwed inlet hose onto cold supply pipe, then attached the filter outlet hose right to the faucet hose that I had initially unscrewed from the cold water supply pipe. VERY SIMPLE INSTALLATION! It took me 15 minutes to get it installed in total, plus 5 minutes to flush out the filter and check for leaks. I didn’t need to use any of the adapter fittings since my connections were already 3/8” but it was great they were included just in case! I also didn’t use the included teflon tape. BOTTOM LINE: If you’re looking for a high quality easy to install water filter that fits under most sinks and doesn’t produce any additional waste water then this one should be at the top of your list! The water tastes great and the sleek design makes it unobtrusive in the back of the cabinet. Installation was very simple and painless! NOTE: Be sure to measure and leave enough space below the filter cartridge in between the bottom of cabinet before you install the mounting screws! Just a few inches is all you need so that it’s easy to remove and replace new filter cartridges in the future! Also when deciding where exactly you want to mount the unit be sure to take into account where the hoses run so that they aren’t in the way. **Plus if you have the type of faucet with a spray head that can be pulled out to extend when spraying dishes then make sure that the filter inlet and outlet hoses don’t obstruct the sprayer hose OR THE RUBBER WEIGHT that’s attached to it underneath the sink!** But if it does get caught up you can always loosen the rubber weight and adjust its positioning under the sink! !!All in all great filter, great system, and great clear simple installation!! As others have stated, really great product. I was a bit skeptical myself but after flushing the filter out for a little over the recommended time(5min of flow) immediately noticed a difference in taste and smell of our water. Normally our city water smells and taste horrible and id have to buy 5-7 gallons a week(stay hydrated) and with the price increases of everything, I had to look for an alternative. Plus the fact that we are now more aware of micro plastics being prevalent just about everywhere and especially in bottles water. Long story short, highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! Saves you money, time, and especially if you have pets. Only problem I have is the T-fitting and they supplied Teflon tape- really cheap quality. It has started to seep out on one of the connections and I'm gonna have to take it apart to double check. Not a big deal since it's a very easy install... but I hope every buyer practice due diligence and check on it from time to time. Read more

Our city water is over treated or something. Leaves a white residue. We get our drinking water from the refrigerator as it is filtered. Very inconvenient when filling the coffee pot, so we would use tap water when in a hurry. This would cause the pot to need descaled every month. This filter system is easy to install and comes with a faucet. Flow rate out of the faucet is amazing. Definitely worth the money and effort. Read more
Installation was easy. I only wish it was a bit shorter, which would have made mounting it easier. But I knew the dimensions before I purchased it. The water tastes great. I hope it lasts the three years it is supposed to. Read more
