Great small day bag. Sturdy and dirt-resistant. Perfect for carrying your essentials and a bit more. While on a recent trip, my husband’s daypack (it was mine from last year that I gave to him after purchasing this one) was left on the back of a chair and, when we realized and went back, it was gone. Wanted a bag that was larger than a mini crossbody but smaller than a messenger bag or backpack. This is perfect. I wanted to be able to fit a comic book in there should I want and it’s exactly the right size, it can also hold my back bone carrying case, my kindle, reading book, charging bank, and hand sanitizer no problem. Not to mention the water bottle pockets on the front for drinks. It could also be easily used for snacks at a theme park or mini first aid, etc. waterproof seems to work well and the material seems durable. Absolutely love this bag. I love that i can put my phone in the front pocket and not have to worry about it falling out. You can put a full size wallet and other stuff in the big pouch. I use the small strap for when I a shopping to hook it to the cart. Read more

I have been using a small sling bag as a purse, and I recently decided I wanted a slightly bigger size. There aren't a lot of options for a slim, medium size sling bag. Most are either small or are designed to hold a lot more than I want to carry over my shoulder every day. Because of the limited options, I spent more on this bag than I wanted to spend, but at least my first impression is good. Note that sometimes the bag is priced lower if you are an Amazon Prime member. I am not, so had to pay the non-member penalty. When measured from seam to seam in all directions, the bag comes very close to the dimensions specified in the description. The RFID shielding in the hidden pocket works--I put my car key fob inside the pocket and my car couldn't detect the fob. The bag is fairly slim (about 2.5 inches deep), which I wanted. To maintain that slim profile, I have ordered a 16 oz flat, flask-style water bottle that I believe will fit well in the stretchy mesh front pocket, although I expect to get comments when friends see me drinking from a flask! I am pleased overall, but I have a couple of quibbles. 1) The padded part of the strap is connected to the unpadded part of the strap by a clip that can be unclipped. I don't understand the purpose of this clip. It seems to me that when the bag is at your front and the strap is at your back, someone could come up behind you, unclip the strap and potentially grab the bag. Although if there wasn't a clip, I guess they could just cut the strap, so maybe I'm being overly picky. 2) The zippered mesh pocket inside the main compartment is only about 4.5 inches deep from top to bottom. I expected it to go to the bottom of the bag, but once I got over that, I decided it will be a good place to store small, frequently used items like chap stick and hand sanitizer. It would also hold a small-to-medium size wallet if you wanted. If you are wondering, the other pocket in the main compartment goes all the way to the bottom of the bag. The zippered front pocket also goes to the bottom of the bag. The RFID pocket is roughly 8 inches tall by 7 inches wide. The bag seems well constructed, sturdy, and fairly lightweight. It is a tad wrinkly, not rounded and smooth like in the pictures, but there is a lot to like about it. Read more

I love this bag. I got it last minute before a trip to west Africa and it was a great purchase. It’s compact and way the strap is you can wear it so many ways, I felt safe with it in front of me, or could wear it relaxed over my shoulder. The back zip pocket was perfect for my passport and it’s surprisingly roomy for the size. I will definitely use it traveling again in the future! Read more

This little pack is very comfortable and can be worn front or back. The color is good for both my husband and me. It holds water bottle and other necessary items comfortably. Seems to be good quality. Wore it all over Eastern Europe for 2 weeks and have no complaints. Read more

I wanted to like this sling but had to return it. The security hook on the zippers is hard to get on and it didn't close unless pushed closed. On another site this bag is listed as water repellent not waterproof so that made me doubt its effectiveness. I need a bag for traveling overseas and hiking. This is NOT the bag. Now if you are just wanting one for daily use, not travel, this would work for you. Read more
