Does what it is supposed to do!
Love this, this makes everything smooth, creamy or both. I use it to make a natural cleaning paste (which I can clean my oven with no fumes!!!) and it is hard enough to keep, but soft enough that I can rub a damp sponge on the surface, and then clean. Good value as well, in the local supermarket I get a smaller size for the same price or more (depending on the store). Read more

Recently learned not to just buy the baking products offered at the grocery store. Have been doing my own research into quality products. Making better, healthier foods. Instead of baking powder, I just use half baking soda and half cream of tarter. No additives needed to keep it from clumping. I have control over both ingredients that I use, as well. Just like buying unsalted, fresh butter. I pick the salt! Buying COT separately, also allows me to experiment with different balances in my baked goods for the needed rise.
