Once open, at first glance and feel...it is cheaply made however, this cost 10.00. So, I was sure to read up before installing and I am glad I did as it works great!!! First, don't install on a wall...it says in the fine print, will not adhere on painted wall. So, I chose the mirror option. It also says, to clear channel on toothpaste dispenser. So, I used a Q-tip and pushed it though paste channel. Clean and dry glass, I picked spots I wanted and with adhesive square, used level before sticking to glass. Once stickers and dispenser slid on, I waited 24-hours to allow it to adhere before first use. I ensured toothpaste was cleared of all air bubbles and paste squeezed ready to dispense and then I screwed and pushed tube fitting in to dispenser and it works great!! Both the dispenser and the holder look nice on the wall, but the company brand painted right on the front is a bit obnoxious. The toothpaste dispenser is very cool, and our family tends to use a bit less toothpaste as a result. It its also helps us keep the sink cleaner as there are fewer toothpaste spills in the sink. The dispenser works similar to the soap dispensers you see in public restrooms. The toothbrush holder is nice because it keeps the toothbrush bristles covered and free from dust... a concern my wife had when we left them on the bathroom vanity. The toothbrushes just hang in slots in the holder so they are quite easy to put in and remove. The flip side is that they are easy to knock loose by clumsy children (or in our case a playful cat). The reason this kit loses a star is because the double sided sticky tape that it ships with is garbage and did not even last a day on our wall. Get some high quality tape from the store, but honestly I would almost prefer a pre-drilled hole to put a screw if we so chose. I normally don’t like to leave overly negative reviews, but this product is nearly useless. The only thing it’s good for is recycling the plastic. We had at least four adults try to get it to work so my daughter could apply toothpaste to her toothbrush, and we eventually just gave up. Do not buy this product. The only redeeming quality is that mounting it on the wall was easy, and it uses clear adhesive, so you won’t have leftover holes once it’s tossed in the trash. Read more
