The hook and loop/Velcro is nice and big. If you’re looking for some large Velcro to hang something big, or to create a large area where you can attach something, look no further. It holds strong, but is easy to remove items when you do it intentionally. I use it to hold items to equipment that is transported in the back of a truck. It holds well. One recommendation, to get the glue to stick extra well, heat it up with a heat gun before applying it to the surface. It’s very easy to use, simply peel off the backing and stick it. I bought this to cover the back of my GPD WIN MAX 2's lid. Did something similar to the smaller GPD Win Max but only a strip. The glue and the "LOOP"/Felt worked liked a charm Now I can mount USB Hubs to add LAN connectivity and more ports, along with portable external mini SSDs I keep roms and media on so it doesn't take up internal space. Worked like a charm. The 6 inches allowed me to cover 99% of the back, cut out small sections on either end to accommodate the screen shape and just has been great, also protects the cover from scratches without adding too much bulk or weight. I can now use the hook part for whatever. Great purchase, glue hasn't given way either and the latching properties are really nice and strong. Recommend. I also did this trick to laptop lids as well. Excellent hook and loop material. Seems like it's industrial strength. The adhesive is very sticky and holds tight. I'm using this for bass drum pedals on carpet. The hook side holds really well on short knap carpet but doesn't hold on a longer knap carpet like the one my drum kit is on. So I cut out a loop patch to match the pedal and the adhesive is holding to the carpet really well. I used this material on a few other projects and it holds tight. I bought this to attach velcro on the underside of my hatchback cover. You get a lot for the price. Unfortunately it did not stick well to the material the cover was made of, I can't say if it's the quality of the adhesive or just the material I was working with. Read more

Bought this for a guitar pedal board. My pedals with the brand name hook product on them will not stick to this loop. To be fair, the hook side that came with this sticks well to the loop side. But now I will have to change the hook tape on all my pedals. Read more
