Sizing is off
I got this per my waist measurements which a lot of skirts go off of and this was way to small to fit over my waist let alone my hips. My hips are on the farther end of the 3X skirt waist measurement and I couldn't get it on. Per the fit of this size I would need at least 2 sizes larger. Read more
