I absolutely love this watch! I had an Apple Watch before this and I personally think that this is better. So far the battery is lasting me about 9 days, the photo is my battery after 8 1/2 days and I could probably get another day out of it. This is much better than the 1 day that I got from my Apple Watch. You can download music right to the watch and listen on the headphones that come with this one. The headphones work well for listening and my husband said that they didn’t sound bad when I was talking to him on them, not great but not bad. Comfort wise this watch is very comfortable to wear and I love the round face on it. I had a little bit of a problem getting it to connect to my WiFi to download music on it but then I got it to work, that could have been user error 😀. I love my Garmin except for the fact that this is missing one key feature that I have always loved. Let’s start with a good things, there’s more to this watch from a data perspective than ever before. I love the amount of data that Garmon provides from sleep to sports to steps and they’ve kicked it up a notch. I play a lot of different sports soccer, Pickleball, bike hike, run, walk, and getting the data of the sports is really fun and unique. Also, I’m appreciating the improved and expanded body metrics. Now for the saddest moment… It’s when I realized that the altimeter is no longer included in this model. I have always used the climbing information and now not knowing if I’ve reached my daily stair goals are not being able to add on Everest and Kilimanjaro to my badges is a real bummer. But honestly, the simplicity of not getting my daily stair count makes me wonder who at Garmin thought this was a good idea??? and why??? overall you will enjoy the watch. I just wish that throughout the four watches that I’ve owned from Garmin over the last 12 years that they could just get it perfectly right at this price point. I’m not hard for enough to warrant a $500+ watch but having spent $1000 on Garmin watches over the past years it sure would be nice to get one that lasts more than three years or doesn’t make my skin break out or has all of the bells and whistles for what I’m paying. The screen is so dim. I maxed out on the display brightness an still very dim. Esp in a dim room. So stupid, when the watch is in a dim room, it shoukd be brighter than the room. Read more
