My 12-year old overnight bag/carryon bag that I loved recently broke and I needed a new one for an upcoming long weekend road trip. I looked at quite a few before selecting this bag. I knew that I wanted one with a separate compartment for shoes, as I really dislike packing dirty shoes with clean clothes and end up wrapping shoes in plastic bags. The other thing I was looking for was something practical, stylish and well-made. This bag really checks all of the boxes. First, it’s roomy. I haven’t packed yet, but I can tell that this will expand to hold at least 3-4 changes of clothes plus socks, pj’s, miscellaneous items, toiletries and hair styling tools. Second, it has lots of pockets and compartments. There is a large zippered pocket on the front of the bag that also is secured with 2 snaps. There is a smaller pocket on the back of the bag, perfect size for a passport, phone, wallet or other smaller items that you need to keep handy. There is a large zippered pocket inside the bag which is lined with waterproof material. Very useful for storing liquid items that might spill from getting on your clothes. There are two other in-zippered pockets to help keep things organized. There are two pockets on either side of the outside of the bag, good for holding water bottles, sunglasses or other items. One of these is more secure with a snap. Oh and the aforementioned shoe compartment - I just love this. It’s quite large. I should easily be able to get 3 pairs in this space, maybe 4 in the summer with sandals/flip flops. Third, there is a slit/opening on the back of the bag that allows you to slide this bag over extended handle of rolling luggage, allowing you to put this on top of your luggage securely without falling off as you walk through the airport. My last carryon did not have this feature so I was always picking it up off the airport terminal floor as it fell off my rolling suitcase. I’d end up having to just carry it which gets tiring if it’s packed full. The double handles secure together if you like with a snap, eliminating one strap inevitably sliding off your shoulder. It also comes with a shoulder strap with padding for comfort. Fourth, you get a free cosmetic/toiletries bag. Same material/color as the main bag. Small/medium in size and always nice to have an extra bag to keep things in. Lastly, it’s gorgeous. I initially was going to get a neutral color to go with everything, but I was so drawn to this color. My favorite color is aqua/turquoise and the Cyan Green is just beautiful. The bag itself is well-made and has contrast quilt stitching, gold hardware and double zipper (I’m more of a silver gal but it looks nice so I don’t mind). This bag was quite reasonably priced and I think you get quite a lot for an affordable bag. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on durability but I have high hopes based on the quality. I use this bag all the time to travel to my partner's house on the weekends. I overload it most of the time and yeet it around and there's no rips or tears anywhere. We'll worth the price and it definitely holds more than a weekend's worth of clothing. This bag can hold a pair of boots, sneakers and a pair of flip flops or small sandals easily on the bottom shoe area. The main compartment easily holds at least 4 outfits and sleepwear. There are a coupl3 of inner pockets, one large one with a zipper and two smaller ones about the size of a fist. The pockets ans storage compartments on the outside of the bag are very nice as well. This is a great weekender bag. I initially purchased it because I was looking for a travel bag with a separate compartment for shoes. The product description notes that you may fit 2-3 pairs of shoes, however I was able to fit 4 pairs of shoes (one pair of heels, along with three pairs of sandals). The bag is quite spacious with lots of various compartments for toiletries, side pockets, and a hidden front pocket. The design and functionality of the bag is sturdy, the material feels thick and durable, and though I packed it to the brim, it didn’t feel uncomfortable to carry. Read more

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she said she loved it and her daughter commented on what an attractive bag it was. The bag holds several days worth of clothes. The shoe compartment at the bottom is a nice feature to keep your shoes separated from your clothes. This is nice to have especially when you travel back and forth to visit family. This bag also works as a carry on for an airplane and fits nicely under the seat. it’s sturdy enough but keep in mind that it is cloth and not faux leather or leather which would be a lot more sturdy. This bag is so spacious you can pack a good amount of things i’m always over packing even when i’m going somewhere for 2 days so this bag is perfect i have to have options. you can put a few pairs of shoes at the bottom and your jackets and it comes with a smaller bag where you can put all your travel sized items or even makeup i will be buying another one i bought this bag to keep clothes and other items in my car incase i decide to stay over somewhere or emergencies this bag came with no issues or defects.
