This has absolutely changed my gardening and weeding. It's super easy to use and is super effective. I also used it to turn up dirt and make a shallow trench: fast, easy, smooth. It's durable and I've kept it outside all summer in Michigan and the material has stood up against the elements without signs of deterioration. I love this and highly recommend! The media could not be loaded. This tool works exceptionally well for tackling tough weeds that you might struggle to pull out by hand. I was amazed at how quickly and effortlessly I was able to clear out all the weeds using this fantastic tool. It effectively reached the deep roots in my backyard, making the task much easier than I expected. I bought these for extracting crabgrass from my lawn surgically. It works like a charm. I couldn't believe the price, so I just had to see if they were anywhere near as good as another one that I bought from a big name garden supply company for significantly more money. I figured I could always return them if it wasn't. They were virtually the same. I glued in some short wooden handles to stiffen the metal ones up. They were hollow and a bit thin and flimsy feeling and could crush if you dropped something on it. That's why is why it's only 4 stars. I had to do the same on the more expensive one too because even though I also ordered the special handle they were selling, it turned out to be a cheap dowel which was too small in diameter and would just fall out. I could kick myself for not getting this sooner! It rips out the toughest weed that comes back every year because I can only partially get it out by hand. The handle is pretty short. Seems sharp and if you had larger weeds , it would probably pull them with some good arms strength. I could not get dandelions out with it. It works well to pull old dead grass. Read more
