We have tried a few different pill boxes, but there was always a problem. Too small, doesn't close securely, labelling wears out. This pill organizer tops them all. It's easy to open each compartment, yet it closes securely. The labelling is very smooth (making it less likely to rub off), and easy to read. Compartments are a little larger than other pill organizers, so these will easily accommodate larger pills. In our opinion the best feature is the detachable compartments, which enables us to have out only the pills we need, versus having a full day's worth of pills out at one time. This is very helpful to avoid any confusion or medication errors in dispensing, plus it takes up a little less space in a purse or pocket.
