'Weekly Pill Organizer, 7 Day AM/PM Pill Box with 14 Compartments, 2 Times a Day Travel Pill Case for Vitamins, Medicine, Fish Oil & Supplements (Pink)' is a good sized pill holder. It's a bit bigger than the palm of my hand and I wear a women's medium glove. The compartments open from inside the ring and are on the larger size as pill organizers come (we have had many over the years). It's fairly easy to open , even having severe rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia , yet it hasn't popped open itself as of yet. We did originally try to open it from the outside, but that just pops the entire door off. It easily popped back on without damage. The printing is bright and clear in red as pictured. The days of the week abbreviations are printed in a large font that is easy to see without glasses (pretty farsighted and have astigmatisms so near vision is far from 'good'). We also has no trouble reading the smaller than the days of the week, but still easily ready 'AM' & 'PM' designation with ease. We scratched at the printing pretty hard with our nails and it didn't budge or even make the slightest mark so it seems like the print will likely wear well. We'll have to see, but it's a good sign! The circle shape with the hole in the middle makes it easier to hold and more disabled friendly. We have all different sized and shapes of pill holders from compact travel ones with just days of the week that are used to carry necessary meds for a day trip or overnight on up to big ones. This might well be our favorite at home one as it separates morning and night. Too bad there's not room for mid-day too, but that would definitely make it much larger. You could definitely travel with this too, but we don't reccomend filling it if you're leaving the country beforehand as the often need to see proper labels for prescriptions. So far so good! Disabled friendly and roomy! Will definitely help with remembering to take many different things and help with remembering if you took them or not! Better Build, Better Security The first thing I noticed is the quality of the material.
