This is a sturdy and well made pill organizer. it is great for anyone that takes multiple pills several times a day. It will hold a good amount of pills in each compartment. I like it because you can remove the individual compartments if you need to take some with you. Just take the days you need. They all remove and can be replaced very easily. I ordered the black pill box. I will start off by saying this item is BPA free. It prevents sunlight, fading, etc. Another asset it offers is it is 2 cases in one. It has an outer case that you sit the main case in that holds the medicine and vitamins. It is designed like this for protection, one from elements as mentioned above, but some vitamins contain liquid. If they bust or melt, not only do you have a mess, but you have lost your medicine. The outer box will keep spills in. There are 7 pill containers that have 2 separate openings, for a.m. and p.m. so really a total of 14 compartments. Each locks, so this has been my favorite pill box by far for neatness and cleanliness. The added designs for protection, plus the one handed opening is just genius. I have been thrilled with this. I have dropped it several times, the outer lid has never came open. When I have picked it up, then open, cases are right where they are supposed to be. If you take a lot of medicine or you know someone who does, this would be a great pill box to have. I will be ordering more. Read more

This pill organizer is made from thicker plastic than most. Its large storage space can accommodate even the bigger pills. It stores a full week of medications, with each seperate container labeled MON through SUN and symbols for morning and evening doses. If you only take your medications once a day, you can use this organizer to hold a full 2 weeks of medications! The lids of each container are easy to open and close, especially important for those with arthritis. All 14 individual countainers fit nicely in a storage tray that securely closes. Only potential issues might be if you have photo-sensitive medications that degrade if exposed to light, as this pill organizer does not completely block light from getting to the stored medications. On the plus side, you can easily see how much you have left with just a glance, and there are very few medications that degrade when exposed to light so hopefully that's not an issue. This AM/PM pill organizer is exactly as described and feels very well made. The plastic is sturdy, clean, and smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The main lid and the individual daily compartments open and close easily but still feel secure, which is important for daily use. The compartments themselves are generously sized and should easily fit multiple pills or larger capsules. That said, this organizer is very large—much bigger than I expected. I’ve included a photo with a standard-size dry erase marker for reference so buyers can better judge the scale. One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to detach the AM and PM sides. Many people take their morning meds in a different location than their evening meds, and detachable halves would make this much more convenient and portable. Overall, this is a high-quality, thoughtfully designed pill organizer, especially if you need larger compartments and don’t mind the size. This weekly pill organizer stands out due to its design. I usually travel with my pill organizer inside a plastic storage bag with rubber bands around the lids in case its dropped and one or more lids pop open. It's really aggravating to sort the pills and get the correct quantities back into the compartments. This unit is effectively double lidded and it's much more secure so spilled pills shouldn't be a problem. The other advantage this has over other pill cases is you can take out a day's pills from the long case. This is SO much easier than opening a lid and turning over the whole case to put the pills in your hand. This organizer is competitively priced but the design is so much more convenient that I recommend it highly. I'll be getting more of these for myself and others, it is a thoughtful gift. Read more
