This is a great product for anyone who forgets to take their daily medication. It isn't complicated to set up, You Tube videos available and once it is setup, it works as described. The only downfall is I purchased this for a family member who has alzheimer's and he forgets what he's supposed to do when it alarms. But if someone can remember what to do when the alarm goes off, the this is a great way to do it. Oh. and I wish the program had a passcode - only because he starts messing with the buttons and changes the program. If it locked then maybe it would work for more than 1 dose. Thanks Read more

First it doesn’t come with written instructions. Had to watch YouTube videos to set up. The alarm works as should and the red light flashes with the alarm. The problem is within the way it is programmed. The red light will only flash with the alarm for the 1st 5 minutes. Then it no longer lights up until 25 minutes later when it will set off the alarm again for 5 minutes. The pill holder needs to remain lit until the (Next Alarm) button is pushed. Mom would come to get her medication but the alarm and light was on the 25 minute break. Ugg. It just needs tweaked. Read more
I did not receive the on the go part of my order and I didn't get first order. Amazon is having me return a product I don't have. I asked for a refund. Got a new replacement and it is missing the on the go key chain that was supposed to come with order. I want a refund. The product is a nice product and easy to use. I did receive replacement but missing the Keychain. The over all product is very nice and easy to use. Read more
I'd tried another product first but kept having to return it because it would quit working after a month or so. I finally gave up on it & bought this product. It's been going strong now for months with no issues whatsoever. My 83yo father needs to alarm prompt & having a reliable product is important. I highly recommend this product. Read more
Great product! But my mother in law has Alzheimer’s. We thought it would be great for her. In fact I think it’s recommended by Alzheimer’s association. But it didn’t work for her. So I bring it home and I use it. 😉 not that need it. Read more
