I was apprehensive and was expecting the worst. For a 6 foot person who weighs a 193 pounds.The size large fits perfectly. The quality is equal to suits I have had 5x as much for. The button on the pants was missing a few threads and needed to be reinforced but for the peice I didn't mind sewing the button on. We bought this for a masquerade party my son went to. He had to have an all black suit, and I couldn't believe the price! He's a big guy...6'3", 255 lb. We used the size chart and overall everything fit pretty well. We got him the XXL. The pants were a little tight when he sat down, but the adjustable waist band was helpful and the zipper is strong. The jacket was a little short based on the measurements. But overall looks great, and good quality and value for the money. We got it in the black. Read more

I usually like buying my suits from Express, VanHausen and at time H&M. So I have an experience with suits within a certain range of quality. These suits are made of exquisite and heavy materials and are lined inside. The cut is modern, and minimal tailoring is required, of course, for the height of the pants. The sizes run smaller by one size, so if you are XL, get XXL, but also expect to use the tailor to open the back of the pants. The pants have rubberbands to expand but if you open the extra space at the back of the waist, it will look nicer. Overall, impressive quality and considering the price, even with alternations, it is still much cheaper than other one od the same quality. Read more

The quality of the suit is quite good, very similar to the kinds of suits sold in mall stores which advertise a one day only sale at buy one get two on every single day of the week. The issue is the sizing. According to both my measurements and the suggested height, weight, and build guide, I should wear a large, which I ordered and received. Trying the suit on, the pants were far too large and baggy. The cut itself is not what I would consider slim, and combined with the overly generous tailoring, made my bottom half look like a kid wearing his dad's suit. Good for a Zoot Suit riot, not for the slim fit look advertised. The jacket, on the other hand, is far to small. The cut us accurate, in that it is slim and hugs the contours of the shoulders and torso along the right lines. However, it was much smaller than a large. Wearing it and looking in myself in the mirror, I had the strange sensation of feeling like someone who had been a child in a green suit jacket but was then instantly transformed into an adult, while still wearing the suit jacket. The fact that the suit did not fit right according to the size guide is honestly not really the big problem; if you order a suit off Amazon from an unknown brand, you are likely in for alterations or exchanges as part of the process. The issue is that the separate components of the suit are inaccurately sized in the wrong ways. If I exchange for a medium, I will get pants which fit, but a jacket for an even smaller child. If I exchange for an extra large, I will get a sharp, well made jacket with pants which at that size would be largely indistinguishable from a tall green bag. There is therefore not really a way for me, of average (6ft, 225 lbs, unremarkable musculature) to purchase this suit in a size which will fit me. If you searched Amazon for "green suit" or "green tuxedo" and scrolled for awhile and settled on this one, you might be better off trying one of the others.
