We've been using these cups for a couple weeks now with my 12 month old, and I'm very satisfied so far. The cups are beautiful and seem durable (they've been dropped multiple times). I love that you cannot pull the straws out because my little one likes to pick it up by the straw. They're a perfect size for little hands, and I love that they're completely stainless steel. They're not completely leak proof with the straw, but spills are minor. We have another cup with a valve we use as the main water cup throughout the day that is pretty much totally spill proof, but I like that these are full straws. They're much easier to clean than cups with valves for things like milk, and you can even do thicker things like smoothies. We just use them primarily at the table or counter or with close supervision. I also love that they have a second set of lids, so you can take them on the go. I would definitely buy this set again or recommend them to others with littles. My only two suggestions would be (1) it would be really nice if there were markings for ounces inside. We're still tracking milk amounts, and I'm currently using a bottle to measure the milk, so I have to dirty two cups. And, (2) it would be really nice if there was a removable cap for the straw. I prep milk for the next day if we have a babysitter, and I don't like leaving it open in the fridge overnight. I use one of the closed lids and have the babysitter put on the straw lid, but it would be nice if I could just cap the straw and not have to dirty two lids. Overall, great product, though. Read more
Update 10/21/25: I still have these cups after a year and a half and now my second child is drinking from them as well as my first. My second is going through a straw biting phase and ruined one of the straws so far. I reached out and I am still in awe at how amazing their customer service is! They helped me receive a replacement straw so I don’t need to buy a whole new set just for the straw. But I’m definitely going to buy another set of cups soon for my kids because they use these cups twice a day for their milk and we can use more colors! Original: So I ordered these cups to upgrade my 1.5 year old from the dr brown bottles with the straw insert - to something that wasn’t a two piece straw because we started having an issue with the suction. I also wanted stainless steel to help maintain the temperature and hopefully last longer as the bottles discolored over time. I had them for about a week and I noticed one of the cups I struggled to put the lid on. I emailed the company to see if I can have the one replaced and they went above and beyond to help me with my issue! That alone will have me purchasing again from this brand. Overall the cup is great. I love the look of them and they are easy for my toddler to drink their milk from every morning and night. It does leak, but I knew that going into the purchase and it wasn’t a big deal for me since I give my toddler their milk in the high chair. No sharp edges or roughness anywhere on the cups plus the silicone sleeve helps keep my little one’s hands safe if the milk makes the cup a little too warm. Everything now fits as it should and screws on nicely. My toddler loves the new milk cups and downs the milk with ease. * I would also like to add it did take my little one some time to get use to the straw because it is a bit bigger and they don’t have to worry about air bubbles in the straw and weakening the suction. Great product! Had for almost a year now. No issues. Easy to clean and my son picked up drinking from straws very easily and quick. No spills. Love that it has a twisty cover when straw not needed - perfect for travel. Just the right size. No problems going through TSA. Recently my son has been in a biting phase and he started clenching on the straw and his teeth are very sharp. He was able to bite a piece. I tried looking to buy replacement straws, but couldn’t find any. I contacted the company. And they were amazing! They replied quickly and said they unfortunately don’t sell the stead separately at this time, but would mail them out to me. And within a few days, I had received it in the mail! These cups were perfect, but unfortunately, I had to return them. My toddler figured out how to turn them upside down and shake them and when it did, it doesn’t seal very well so liquids would pour out! But other than that, this bundle 4 pack is good value and if your toddler is age appropriate then they will be able to use these cups all the time. The pros: is it comes with the four pack and is very affordable and different colors make it fun and kid friendly. They make a nice addition to our toddlers dinnerware and drink ware collection at first. The cons: but we have to give this 4 out of 5 stars for overall quality (not very leak proof) but durability and the look of it (design) is 5 stars. These have gotten daily use for months now and we have had zero issues with them! They're easy to clean, we've had no problems with rust at all, and my daughter loves getting to pick her color each time. We use them for milk and medical formula, and they don't hold on to smells, even if we forget to rinse them out right away. My only complaint is that the rubber ring in the lid is a bit tough to take out so it can be cleaned, but it's not a deal breaker. The size is exactly what we needed, I especially love that the straw is free flowing and not a bite straw, they're easy to put together and take apart, and they've held up from many drops without damage. Finally a cup my toddle will drink from. He doesn’t like the anti spill cups that you really have to work to get the liquid out. Not spill proof but it doesn’t leak a lot of it happens to get dropped either. Read more
